Job descriptionOpen new orders (Contracts / refi’s) Send out commitments Clean up title issues on the commitment as needed Order payoffs / HOA’s / surveys / warranties Fund the files Disburse file (balance / issue checks / mail outs / overnight checks) Ship files Record documents Prepare and send files for policy Scan files into file scan and shred originals once file is complete Handle post-closing concern / issues Back up closing for the escrow officer as needed

The successful candidate will possess the following :
- Degree preferred
- 4+ years' experience as an Escrow Assistant that has supported high networth clientele within a title environment
- RamQuest is required
- Must know the front and back end assistant work
- Must be a self-starter, quick study and self directed
