JOB OVERVIEW

The Parts Sales Specialist I is responsible for fulfilling parts orders, managing parts inventory, and providing excellent customer service and technical expertise to all walk-in, online, and telephone customers. This position requires an acute attention to detail, commitment to resolving issues the same day, as well as the ability to establish positive relations with vendors, customers, Sales / Service / Product Representatives and other related TMH Departments. Excellent customer service is the driving force for this position, providing the same level of service to all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide superior customer service to all internal, walk-in, online and telephone customers.
• Provide quick response in answering all phone and email inquiries.
• Use all resources necessary to ensure the customer needs are met as quickly as possible.
• Expedite and advise customers and TMH colleagues on the status of all backordered items.
• Process returns from customers and vendors (RTVs).
• Works with and communicates regularly with fellow Branch team members to help each other provide an outstanding experience for the customer.
