Position Overview : As our Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Spenga, forging relationships, and spreading the fitness revolution. Your mission : connect with businesses and individuals, share the Spenga story, and turn prospects into enthusiastic Spenga members.

• Prospecting Powerhouse : Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, fitness enthusiasts, and community partners to expand Spenga's presence.
• Storyteller Extraordinaire : Paint the picture of the Spenga experience with passion and enthusiasm, leaving prospects eager to jump on the fitness bandwagon.
• Relationship Builder : Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses, gyms, and community influencers to create partnerships that benefit both parties.
• Fitness Ambassador : Attend local events, expos, and networking functions to represent Spenga, sharing the benefits of our unique fitness approach.

Compensation : $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week

With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
