We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Comstock Park, Michigan. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on inventory management and process improvement. As part of a values-driven, family-oriented company, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory tracking and supporting warehouse operations during peak times. This is a 100% onsite role, M-F, 8am - 5pm with needed availability to be flexible with hours for business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee inventory management on the warehouse floor using a mobile workstation for real-time updates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Utilize ERP systems such as Acumatica or NetSuite to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct annual physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Assist with order picking and other warehouse tasks during busy periods.
• Travel occasionally between two nearby locations to support inventory needs.
• Provide proactive suggestions and implement measures to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Obtain and maintain a Hi-Lo license if required for operational support.
• Previous experience with ERP systems like Acumatica, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Basic Excel skills required; familiarity with formulas and data analysis preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to handle changing priorities during peak periods.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to engage in multiple roles and support various warehouse functions.
• Ability to obtain a Hi-Lo license if not already certified.
