Auction Services Manager
Regularly manages and directs the work of and oversees the performance and provides feedback to team of Auction Services Associates. Principle Duties and Responsibilities include managing and directing the work of a team of Associates, conducting interviews and participating in the selection process, making hiring and firing suggestions, and training Associates. The role also involves conducting performance reviews, scheduling and apportioning the work of Associates, addressing Associate concerns, and ensuring the safety and security of Associates and the store property. The Auction Services Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving inventory audit ratings, identifying process improvements, maintaining vehicle movement, and communicating production and logistical needs. The position requires the ability to work in a combination of office and outdoor environments, flexible work hours, and adherence to CarMax policies. The annual salary for this position is $52,400.00 - $91,700.00. Benefits include paid sick, vacation, and holiday time, and CarMax will consider reasonable accommodation upon request.
