Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

We currently have a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal available with a growing law firm in the Florham Park, NJ area. The ideal candidate must have strong transactional skills, including commercial real estate experience in representing banks / lending institutions in loans and should have experience drafting loan documents and reviewing all due diligence items, title, etc. in connection with the loan from beginning to end.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
