The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour. Most of our Team Leaders earn an average of $20-$24 per hour, paid weekly. Our Partners earn an average of $17-$19 per hour. You are also provided a company car - compare us with competitors who make you use your own car and make you pay for gas and maintenance. Earn even more!

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

Here's what you will be responsible for:

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards Follow our process and you'll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home, and you'll win here.

If you're a Team Lead:

• Manage the team's schedule and driver safety
• Maintain the company car notify staff is there are any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.)
• Maintain equipment The team lead will take care of basic equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
