Job descriptionStrong work ethic and reliable attendance Team players with a flexible schedule Aviation experience or FAA licenses (a plus, but not required) Work with materials like fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and high-temp pre-preg products. Prior experience is great but not requiredwell train the right candidates in aviation-specific composites. Assist in the repair and refurbishment of aircraft interiors, including interior composite parts and Tedlar application. Experience is helpful and will influence compensation. If you have experience in high-quality automotive or aviation paintingincluding sanding, masking, and applying fillersyoull feel right at home. We primarily use single-stage paint systems. High school diploma or GED Valid drivers license Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors and at heights Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with mechanical equipment Willingness to travel if needed Must be able to read and write English and pass an airport security background check Must be willing to take required quarterly DOT drug testing, as well as a pre-employment drug screening Competitive pay Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Short-term disability Ongoing training and growth opportunities A team environment where your work makes a real difference
