Pay Range : $40.00 / hr - $58.00 / hr (based on experience)

Sign On : $5,000 SignOn Bonus Available Relocation : TBC

Shift : Days

Working Hours : 40 hr week

Schedule : TBC w / candidate

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and treat patients with tailored physical therapy plans
• Coordinate with medical teams to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on recovery protocols
• Document progress and adjust care as needed

Requirements :

• Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Acute care or outpatient experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply
