Position : Application Developer (Banner ERP Developer)

Client : Direct Client

Duration : 6+ month (with possibility of extension)

Location : Pasadena, Texas (Hybrid)

REQUIRED / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The Application Developer II will develop robust and automated processes to translate, import and export data between Banner and external systems using delimited CSV, JSON, XML and other file format.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• ERP development experience.
• Full Stack web developer experience.
• Experience in shell scripting, ksh, PowerShell.
• Strong expertise in Linux, node.js, C, Java, SQL, PL / SQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API, HTTP, JSON development, design principles and best practices
• Solid hands-on experience of UI Layer - ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and deliver in a challenging environment.
• Ability to work well with others and to demonstrate an excellent quality of work with little or no supervision required.
• Ability to cope with rapidly changing priorities and a continual backlog of work.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with experience of working under pressure with precision and accuracy.
• Must be highly organized and possess excellent communication and documentation skills.

Education and Experience :

Required Education :

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.

Preferred Education :

Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited institution preferred.

Required Experience :

Minimum four (4) years of related IT work experience required.

Preferred Experience :

Experience in Higher Education preferred.

Ellucian Banner ERP experience preferred.

Experience in Python.

Experience developing and supporting system data feeds and integration between an ERP system and 3 rd party solutions.
