This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions for diverse clients in a dynamic, multi-channel environment. You will lead architecture and integration efforts, ensuring clients maximize the value of their Salesforce investments. Acting as a technical subject matter expert, you will guide client implementations, provide thought leadership, and enable best practices across teams. The position requires strong consulting, analytical, and communication skills to deliver high-impact solutions, while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a fully remote role, offering autonomy and collaboration with both US-based and international teams. You will contribute to reusable architecture, drive efficiency, and influence strategic decisions that shape client success.

Accountabilities

• On-board clients from other ESPs or home-grown systems into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Audit existing SFMC accounts to optimize client investment and adoption.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, addressing evolving SFMC needs.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide thought leadership.
• Champion reusable architecture assets to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Lead project teams across multiple locations, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing time and resources effectively.
• Produce blueprints and documentation to communicate architecture and technical solutions.
• Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
