Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage complex machining projects from concept through completion. This includes developing the most effective manufacturing process based on available equipment; programming in Mastercam; selecting appropriate tooling and workholding; setting up machines for optimal performance; and producing a first-article part that meets all specifications. Once validated, the candidate will seamlessly transition the workflow to machinists for repeat production and provide technical guidance to ensure consistent execution.

• Document and record detailed job information in ProShop
\n
• Utilize on-machine Renishaw probing systems for accurate setup and verification
\n
• Adhere to established quality procedures and internal processes
\n
• Advanced Mastercam proficiency, including Mill 3D / Level 3 and 5-axis
\n
• Mentor machinists and provide hands-on technical support during production handoff and ongoing runs
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Thrives on complex challenges, collaborates naturally, and is motivated to be part of a team solving technically demanding manufacturing problems
\n
• Preferred experience with Siemens CNC controls; all platforms utilize Siemens 840D
\n
• Proven ability to machine high-tolerance components with consistency and accuracy
\n
• Experience machining difficult materials; preferred familiarity with Monel 400/K500, Copper Nickel, Nickel Aluminum Bronze, and Titanium
\n
• Ability to pass a background check (required)
\n
• U.S. citizenship required
\n
