Development Operations Analyst

As a Development Operations Analyst at Epicor, you will be a key contributor in shaping the future of our cloud strategy. You'll help modernize infrastructure, support GovCloud deployments, and guide the transition from legacy systems to cloud-native solutions. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to influence and mentor others while working with cutting-edge tools in a remote-friendly environment. What you will be doing :

• Implement and test infrastructure designs across environments, including GovCloud
• Manage code deployments and CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other tools
• Monitor system metrics and performance to ensure reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with peers during testing and feedback cycles to improve solutions
• Build, maintain, and enforce configuration standards across environments
• Administer and support database systems, including SQL encoding and optimization
• Document and enhance infrastructure and application development processes
