Start Date : January 7, 2026

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Schedule : 5x8 hour day shifts (Monday–Friday)

Pay Range : $1690 per week (gross)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in addiction rehabilitation to join a respected facility in the Bronx, New York. This assignment offers consistent weekday scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient recovery and care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in addiction rehab settings.

Assess and monitor detox symptoms, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery plans.

Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Addiction Rehab .

Current BLS certification (AHA) .

Current ACLS certification (AHA) .

Ability to assess detox symptoms and provide appropriate interventions.

MedSurg experience preferred .

Training in de-escalation techniques .

Active LPN license in New York State.
