Work You'll Do

As a Regulatory and Risk Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments and manage risk across their organizations. You'll leverage your expertise to deliver strategic guidance, implement risk management frameworks, and support compliance initiatives. This is a client-facing role that blends analytical rigor, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities may include :

• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements : Advise clients on the impact of evolving regulations (e.g., technology, data and risk management) and support compliance strategies.
• Gap analysis and remediation : Assess current client practices against regulatory standards, identify gaps, and develop actionable remediation plans.
• Regulatory reporting : Assist clients in preparing regulatory submissions and managing interactions with regulators.
• Risk assessment : Lead risk identification, assessment, and prioritization activities across business processes and technology platforms.
• Framework development : Design and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and controls tailored to client needs.
• Monitoring and testing : Develop and execute risk monitoring programs, including control testing and risk analytics.
• Project management : Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products.
• Stakeholder communication : Present findings, recommendations, and reports to client leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., compliance, audit, technology, legal) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Research and analysis : Stay abreast of regulatory trends and emerging risks, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and client education.
• Mentoring : Support junior team members through coaching and skills development.
