Product Manager

We're seeking a

• Senior
• Product Manager
• to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for internal tools that enable product teams to work smarter and faster. This role focuses on building and improving platforms that streamline planning, prioritization, and performance measurement across product management and cross-functional teams. You'll be embedded with engineering and work closely with product operations to deliver solutions that connect strategy to execution.
• What You'll Do
• Own the Product Lifecycle :
• Define vision, roadmap, and requirements for internal applications that support product operations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement :
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to enhance existing tools and explore new solutions.
• Lead Agile Practices :
• Manage backlog, write user stories and epics, and facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, planning).
• Align Strategy and Execution :
• Ensure tactical work supports organizational objectives and leadership vision.
• Solve Problems Through Software :
• Focus on outcomes that improve efficiency, clarity, and decision-making across teams.
• Key Responsibilities
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for internal tools.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and manage releases.
• Partner with engineering on system design, data modeling, and integrations.
• Align stakeholders and navigate competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Champion best practices in product discovery, metrics, and feedback loops.

• Strategic + Executional Balance :
• Ability to operate at a high level while managing details that drive success.
• Technical Acumen :
• Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and integration patterns; experience with low-code platforms is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset :
• Comfort with data tools (SQL, BI platforms) to measure outcomes and guide decisions.
• Experience with Internal Tools :
• Background in building enterprise or internal platforms with consumer-grade UX.

• Skilled at defining success metrics and delivering measurable impact.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bentonville, AR.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 / hr.
