The FIT Associate is the heart and sole (pun intended) of this business, this position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience that sets our company apart from other shopping experiences.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Excellent product knowledge, or the ability to learn, to be able to educate customers on new products.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and neat store environment.
• Creativity and innovation in generating event ideas that drive revenue and engage customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to have the ability to switch gears and / or handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
