Bank Loan Specialist - Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Paid Loan Specialist to join our lending team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of loan processing, from application to disbursement, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Loan Operations Collateral position is responsible for collateral document tracking / exceptions including new / renewal loans. The position also includes recording new liens, UCC continuations, processing paid loans, and release of liens.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications

1.Set up collateral documentation tracking / exception items in Sageworks.

2.Process recording of lien instruments for new / renewal loans in Lien Solutions.

3.Set up tax monitoring for real estate loans with Accumatch.

4.Process incoming mail from postal service, interoffice, and email for clearing exceptions.

5.Analyze Lien Solution reports for lien expirations and continuations.

6.Process paid loan files, release of appropriate liens and mail to customer.

7.Assist with regulatory, internal and external audit requests.

8.Responds to email and telephone communication as needed to support lending staff.

High School Diploma and 5 years of related experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work related experience must consist of Loan Operations department or Lending Assistant with processing / preparing loan documentation to secure commercial, consumer and real estate loans.

Educational experience, through formal school or financial industry related curriculum, is required to be applicable to the financial industry. Bachelor's degree preferred.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
