JOB SUMMARY
Job Summary :
The Multi-Modality Tracking Coordinator is responsible for multi-modality tracking functions.
You will :
- Generate, track and mail patient result / overdue letters.
- Follow up on undeliverable addresses, enter, maintain and develop statistical information.
- Report, retrieve and enter pathology report / information on studies needing a biopsy.
- Maintain all necessary records and data entry into the RIS tracking system.
If You Are :
High school diploma or general education degree.Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills.Strong public relations skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Must be detail-oriented and organized.Possesses clerical skills.Ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors, staff, patients, vendors, peers and management.Ideal Candidate will possess :
