The Role

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our front-of-house team as Server / Bartenders. This dual role requires a strong foundation in service and mixology, a natural sense of hospitality, and the ability to adapt between dining room and bar environments with ease. Whether guiding guests through our Mediterranean-inspired menu or crafting cocktails with precision and flair, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Meso experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, guest-first service whether behind the bar or on the dining room floor
• Make informed recommendations from our food, wine, and cocktail menus with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions and cohesive service during shifts
• Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service compliance standards
