Job description
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Services Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily pharmacy benefits and assist with pharmacy claims inquiries
Research and resolve benefit and claims-related issues, overseeing the approval and authorization process for medications
Maintain internal databases, generate reports, and support communications regarding pharmacy benefit changes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Active / current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (NHA or PTCB) required
Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), managed care, or retail pharmacy
Working knowledge of Windows-based environments, including Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
