Graphic Designer | Political Organization | Austin, Texas | #3401550

Republican Jobs is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a political organization for a Graphic Designer based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for producing sharp, creative, and consistent design work that helps drive messaging and engagement across all platforms.

Compensation

Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Note : This search is being overseen by Republican Jobs. The political organization itself is the hiring entity.

Responsibilities

Design eye-catching graphics for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Create cohesive branding elements across campaign and organizational communication platforms.
Develop rapid-response visuals for breaking news and campaign events.
Collaborate with communications and digital teams to translate messaging into compelling visuals.
Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and reuse.

Requirements

Proven experience producing high-quality designs in fast-paced environments.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Strong grasp of typography, layout principles, and color theory.

Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising design quality.

Familiarity with social media content formats and platform requirements.
