RN-Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Full Time Float SRO Days

It takes a special kind of person to become a nurse and we’re hoping that you’re one of those special people who would like to be a BayCare nurse. BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced med surg / tele nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team.

Region Core Float Pool- Full-time. 3x12 hour shifts per week to include every 3rd Saturday and Sunday, and 2 Fridays in 6-week schedule. Holiday commitment includes summer and winter holiday, and hard to fill staffing day. Required to float to a region of hospitals based on census needs.

Region 1 includes St Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay Hospitals.

Region 3 includes Bartow Regional, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven Hospitals.

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Associate's degree in nursing
• 2 years RN experience in an acute Med / Surg / Tele setting
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
• Must have independent transportation for assignments / shifts
• Must be able to pass Tele test during orientation
• Flexibility

Shift : 6 : 45am - 7 : 15pm

Weekend Work : Every 3rd weekend
