Medical Biller - Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with specific experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), accounts receivable (AR), and Epic software to support our mission of delivering high-quality medical billing services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and process medical claims accurately and efficiently for FQHC clients
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve claim denials
• Maintain detailed documentation of billing activities and communications
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate patient information
• Utilize Epic software to input, review, and manage billing data
• Stay updated on billing regulations, payer policies, and compliance standards
