Provide excellent customer service to maximize customer satisfaction scoresGreet customers in an enthusiastic mannerPerform introductory walk around with customers in the service driveManage time in a fast-paced work environmentActively listen to customers while receiving / documenting customers' needs and concernsWork as a team with technicians to achieve maximum productivityFully complete the advisor section of the electronic multi-point inspectionAdvise customers of all maintenance and mechanical needs using the provided maintenance menuEffectively translate technician recommendations into a language customers can understandDevelop and provide accurate time and monetary quotes for each repairReceive payment for maintenance and repairsGo for a test drive with customers to verify concerns when necessaryAny other task provided by management staffQualifications
