About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its commercial expansion across North America, Mexico, Canada, and LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution, overseeing a multi-channel sales ecosystem, and driving revenue growth in key verticals. This high-impact role demands a strategic and growth-oriented leader with a proven track record in industrial automation, power electronics, and motor control technologies. The VP of Sales will be tasked with building and scaling sales organizations, penetrating new markets, and strengthening industry partnerships.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience in the relevant sectors, a deep understanding of various sales models, and a successful history of managing complex channel relationships. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to travel frequently across the Americas. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will also have strong relationships with industrial OEMs, automation integrators, and channel partners throughout the Americas, and familiarity with regional market dynamics and sales cycles, particularly in Latin America. Experience in a mid-sized or rapidly scaling organization with a technical, customer-centric product portfolio is a plus.
