Staff Accountant

Rockland Flooring, a manufacturer of laminated hardwood floors for the transportation industry, has an immediate opening for a full-time Staff Accountant.

General Purpose of the Position :

Duties include accounting management over five manufacturing locations and supporting the Controller and CFO in other projects as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support month-end as well as year-end close and audit fieldwork
• Management of Fixed Assets / Capital Project Expenditures
• Work closely with sales to properly invoice all customers within 24 hours of product being shipped from three of our manufacturing plants.
• Maintain and update customer parts list in Great Plains.
• Help maintain and update the Order Routing Log.
• Processing ACH / Wire Payments
• Support Accounts Payable processing
• Inventory analysis
