Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and insurance policy needs
Communicate with customers through various channels and navigate multiple systems
Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience
Experience in a call center environment preferred
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Property and Casualty license may be required within a designated timeframe
