About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Pulmonary Unit caring for adults with complex medical and respiratory needs. This position offers excellent clinical exposure, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for continued professional growth.

The Pulmonary Unit manages a wide variety of patients experiencing :

• Shortness of breath (SOB)
• COPD exacerbations
• Asthma complications
• Pneumonia and respiratory infections
• Post-surgical respiratory monitoring
• Oxygen dependence / ventilator support
• General medical-surgical conditions requiring pulmonary oversight

In this role, you will :

Candidates MUST live within commutable distance.

Applicants will NOT be considered if they live 60 minutes or more from the facility.

Required Qualifications

Acute care not required - Home Health, LTAC, SNF, Outpatient Rehab, and Corrections experience accepted

Compensation & Incentives

Category Details Base hourly rate $30.69 - $43.20 / hr (experience based) Night differential + $4.25 / hr Weekend differential + $3 / hr Sign-On Bonus (SOB) upto $10,000 for Day Shift / $20,000 for Night Shift Relocation assistance Available - 100+ miles, typically $2,500 - $5,000
