\n\nJob Description\n
We are seeking an experienced Adaptive Acuity Unit Nurse for a critical access facility. This position requires providing care in a dynamic environment with an occasional need for Progressive Care Unit (PCU) support. The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1 : 5 while on the adaptive unit and may be asked to provide PCU care with a 3 : 1 ratio when required. Strong drip experience is essential for this role.
