Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time home health contract in Marlborough, MA. In this role, you will deliver personalized, high-quality patient care while partnering with a trusted home health agency known for its commitment to excellence.

Job Details :

  • Position : Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Location : Marlborough, MA, and surrounding areas
  • Company : Sunbelt Staffing
  • Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Hours : Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no hours guaranteed
  • Duration : 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
  • Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 visits per week
  • Mileage : .38c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
  • Compensation : Hourly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget, blended pay packages available for travelers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled

    • Requirements :

  • Experience : Prior agency home health experience is essential
  • Software : Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required
  • Licensure : Active Massachusetts RNLicense
  • Certification : Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification fromAmerican Heart Associationor American Red Cross, Oasis Certified strongly preferred
  • Transportation : Must have reliable transportation
