Join Our Dynamic Team as an Electrical Engineer!

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer I to take on exciting responsibilities in our electrical maintenance department at the Holly Hill Cement Plant SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in various electrical project work, ensuring safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance while maximizing equipment reliability.

About the Role :

  • You will play a vital role in all electrical maintenance activities at our plant.
  • As a key member of our Build4Growth Program, you will receive extensive training over a 16-month period, combining online learning, face-to-face sessions, and hands-on projects that will provide you with foundational knowledge in cement manufacturing.
  • Your commitment to safety will be crucial, as you promote safe practices and compliance throughout the workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians in daily work orders and projects.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance programs on electrical equipment.
  • Document and maintain accurate electrical schematics and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure all system programming adheres to environmental compliance standards.
  • Provide training and support for plant personnel on control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system hardware and software issues.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A self-starter and team player, committed to fostering safety and health policies.
