What Youll Do :

As a Project Engineer, youll work closely with Project Managers to help plan, organize, and execute railroad track construction projects. This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, giving you a well-rounded experience and plenty of room to advance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure safety is always the top priority
• Interpret construction drawings and project documents
• Create field sketches and construction details
• Inspect job sites for quality and progress
• Provide technical support to field crews
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors
• Track materials, report progress, and help manage project budgets
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Attend project meetings and provide updates
• Perform quality control and assurance checks
