About the Role

Join a cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in New Albany, Ohio. As an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician , you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by executing moderately complex to advanced manufacturing processes. This includes equipment preparation, cleaning, and material handling—all in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing processes in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards.
  • Safely move totes and clean equipment to maintain operational readiness.
  • Prepare equipment for production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in biotech drug substance (DS) manufacturing, especially in solution preparation.
  • Strong understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations and cleanroom protocols.
  • Experience working with Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and DeltaV systems.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and EBR systems is a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with manufacturing equipment.

  • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
