We're seeking an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our friendly, hardworking team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll handle client relationships, policy service, and administrative tasks while representing our agency with professionalism and heart.
A Life & Health license is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Manage policy renewals, billing inquiries, claims support, and policy changes
Onboard new clients and handle offboarding of former clients with professionalism and care
Support agency agents and leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Cross-sell and educate clients on coverage options to ensure complete protection
Maintain accurate client records and timely follow-up on outstanding service items
Participate in team meetings, agency events, and community outreach initiatives
Contribute to the agency's growth and reputation through positive client interactions and referrals
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license in Virginia
Minimum 1 year of insurance or related customer service experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
Must work in-office at our Norfolk, VA location
