Lawn Maintenance Team Member Full Time

Location : Bridgeville, PA

Pay : $16$23 / hr (based on experience and performance)

Hours : MondayFriday, starting at 7 : 30 AM | 812 hour shifts | 40+ hours / week

Were hiring a full-time Lawn Maintenance Team Member to join our growing lawn care division. This role involves hands-on work including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal lawn cleanups. We service both residential and commercial properties every property is different, and no day is exactly the same.

Were looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to grow with a company that values and invests in its team.

No experience is required. Were happy to train the right person we care more about attitude than background.

The Season : March 20 November 20

Youll qualify for seasonal unemployment in the off-season (well help get you set up), and we often have winter work available as well.
