Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (SMMPA) is seeking a Project Manager of Transmission to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact transmission and substation initiatives. Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or related technical field; and (3) years of progressively responsible experience in construction, utility, or infrastructure projects with strong background in stakeholder communication, including internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience, and related certifications to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may also be considered.
• Preferred candidates will have a background in transmission and substation planning, design, and construction; demonstrate solid Project Management expertise; and possess working knowledge of electric utility operations.
