Job Summary :
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator / Scheduler / Administrator to join our team in Hesperia, CA. The main responsibilities of this role include setting the first day of work and orientations for new associates, tracking a 7-day-a-week schedule, providing schedules to associates, and being the main point of contact for anything related to schedules. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and support communication at a warehouse with 120 associates.
Salary - $22 - $28 / hour DOE - Looking for a very strongly skilled candidate to fill this role.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or scheduling role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and schedule first day of work and orientations for new associates.
Track and manage a 7-day-a-week schedule for warehouse operations.
Provide schedules to associates and ensure timely communication.
Act as the main point of contact for any schedule-related inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to scheduling activities.
Work Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm.
