    Philosophy Behind the Role

The person in this role ensures that Larson’s systems, messaging, and UX all reinforce that journey, turning digital curiosity into genuine investor confidence. They must have a deep UX / UI understanding of client journeys and how to lead a client through the entire journey to measurable ROI.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Own and align vendor relationships (AppFolio, Parallel Markets, Windfall) to ensure a seamless investor experience.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Operations, and the LCM team to unify strategy and execution.
  • Oversee UX / UI strategy, ensuring the investor journey reflects a sophisticated, trustworthy, and high-net-worth experience.
  • Design and implement automation and workflows to improve lead management, accreditation, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage marketing attribution, analytics, and dashboards that measure performance from campaign spend to capital commitment.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory considerations within private real estate investing.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing or growth operations in a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of accredited investor dynamics and the psychology of high-net-worth decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both strategic and technical.
