Development Assistant (Temp, Possible Temp-to-Hire)

Our client is seeking a Development Assistant to support administrative functions in a busy, mission-driven development office. This is an onsite role located in Dorchester with standard hours of 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Pay is $22 / hr. Free onsite parking is available. Start is ASAP, and initial duration is 6+ months with the potential to convert to permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage donor data entry, gift processing, and acknowledgements.
• Support donor engagement, events, and volunteer initiatives.
• Oversee in-kind donations and assist with fundraising logistics.
• Provide general administrative support to the Development team.
