Job descriptionDesign, program, and test automated manufacturing equipment Maintain documentation for automation processes Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate automation systems Design fixtures and improve process throughput Collaborate with production and engineering on design changes Support equipment procurement and installation Drive cost savings and quality improvements Ensure processes meet safety and capacity standards Participate in cross-functional teams and special projects Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related career. Experience with molding polyurethanes, polyethylene, and epoxies for bonding and encapsulation 2+ years hands-on automation and production experience Strong programming and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication abilities Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technologies Collaborative and innovative team environment Chance to impact manufacturing efficiency and quality Exposure to diverse industrial markets including aerospace and defense Professional development and growth opportunities Competitive benefits
