CAM HVAC & Construction, a proud member of the Crete United family, is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator to support commercial and public-sector projects in Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company with a reputation for delivering complex HVAC and mechanical projects on time and on budget.

Salary $110-150K DOE

$10,000 SIGNING BONUS

  • $2,500 after 30 days
  • $2,500 after 90 days
  • $5,000 after 6 months

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (plan / spec and design-build)
  • Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to determine materials, labor, and timelines
  • Solicit subcontractor / vendor quotes
  • Work with project managers and leadership to support winning proposals

    • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years in mechanical / HVAC estimating
  • Pipefitting and refrigeration experience required
  • Experience with commercial, municipal, and government bids
  • Proficient with estimating software and takeoff tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline orientation
