Marketing Coordinator Job at Virtue Real Estate Group in Las Vegas

Virtue Real Estate Group is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This unique position combines marketing responsibilities (90%) with front desk administrative support (10%), making it the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager on day-to-day marketing operations while also being the welcoming face of our office. If you’re energetic, proactive, and ready to make an impact in real estate marketing, we want to hear from you!

Marketing Responsibilities (90%) Assist the Marketing Manager in daily operations and campaigns.

Design, edit, and distribute marketing materials for digital and print.

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.), post updates, and engage with followers. Company and agent accounts.

Update and maintain website content, SEO, and analytics tracking.

Plan, organize, and promote team / community events, including content creation and social promotion.

Capture and edit photos / videos for marketing use.

Track leads, monitor campaign effectiveness, and provide feedback for optimization.

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Demonstrate tools and programs to clients and agents to foster growth

Front Desk Administrative Responsibilities (10%) Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.

Handle general inquiries.

Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies.

Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.

What You’ll Bring Provide general clerical support (scheduling, photocopying, scanning, data entry).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
