Job Description

We are a opening a new frameless cabinet manufacturing facility in Nashua, NH, equipped with state-of-the-art Homag CNC machinery . We supply multi-family and commercial projects throughout New England and are looking for an experienced Cabinet Shop Foreman to lead our production team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day cabinet shop operations and ensure production schedules are met.
• Program and operate Homag CNC equipment .
• Coordinate workflow from engineering to assembly and packaging.
• Review and convert shop drawings into machine-ready programs using Mozaik and Cut-Rite software.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards across the shop.
• Train and mentor production employees.
