Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Operations to manage and supervise the Claims Team, ensuring timely and proper claims processing in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentoring to staff while ensuring exceptional customer service

Analyze claims processing and implement policies to enhance operations and production

Handle personnel-related duties including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 6 months experience in the Medicare Advantage program

Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and claims processing procedures

Experience in supervising staff and conducting employee evaluations

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
