What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to support a welcoming and secure environment for guests and staff.

Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding guests and staff during incidents.

Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activities according to company and client procedures.

Collaborate with hotel or resort management and Allied Universal team members to address site-specific needs and concerns.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
