Want to make a difference by playing a crucial role to ensure efficiency in an Ambulatory Surgical Center? We are seeking a Nurse Manager who will be a strong leader to ensure seamless surgical flow, high-quality patient care, and staff management. This position is responsible for overseeing nursing activities, maintaining compliance with standards and protocols, managing clinical and administrative duties, and supporting the strategic growth of the ASC.
Responsibilities
- Complete timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Ensure adequate cross-training of staff for multiple roles within the ASC.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, staff, vendors, and leadership.
- Monitor and ensure team performance meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coach, mentor, and support staff development and morale.
- Manage and coordinate the surgical schedule for efficient use of time, staff, and resources.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other care team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proactively address scheduling issues or unexpected changes.
- Assist in providing direct patient care as needed.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols during all phases of care.
- Monitor patient outcomes and intervene when necessary.
- Manage medication and surgical supply inventory and ordering.
- Conduct monthly audits for compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (Required).Experience in ASC, Operating Room, Emergency Room, or ICU.Ophathalmology experience requiredRequired Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.High-level decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with computers and electronic health systems.Pay range and compensation package
