Job descriptionCurrent, independent licensure as a mental health provider (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) in your state Experience in clinical therapy; telehealth experience is a plus Strong technical proficiency with digital health platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care We provide a flat fee of $30 per 15 minute appointment equal to $120 / hour. You'll operate as an independent contractor under our MSA and BAA, ensuring clarity on scope, compensation, and patient privacy obligations. No ongoing commitment is required beyond the assessments you choose to handle. Active license Active insurance No active or pending investigations No disciplinary history
