A leading, technology-driven solutions provider in the vertical transportation industry is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Program Manager to join its team. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The position focuses on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and elevating quality across business functions. The ideal candidate brings proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies, as well as the leadership skills to align teams and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Development and Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive, sustainable Continuous Improvement
Program, including strategy, documentation, and performance measures.Leadership and Team MentorshipLead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication, training, and coaching.Process Improvement and MethodologyApply Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and improve productivity.
Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and standardize best practices.Performance Measurement and AnalyticsAnalyze data and generate actionable insights to measure progress and outcomes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.Change Management and Implementation :Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Project and Resource Management :Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to deliver high-impact results.
Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Operations Engineering (or related field).4-6 years of experience in process or continuous improvement.Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives.Lean or Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.Core Competencies :Effective Communication : Clearly conveys ideas, actively listens, and promotes open dialogue across all levels of the organization.
