Core and Warranty Administrator

Position Summary :

Action Truck Parts is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Core and Warranty Administrator to join our growing team. Based out of our Bolingbrook and Rockdale, IL locations, this position plays a key role in managing warranty claims and core returns within the heavy-duty truck aftermarket industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with remanufactured components, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work effectively across departments to ensure timely processing and accurate credit reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty Claims Administration :

• Process warranty claims with vendors and manufacturers for heavy-duty aftermarket parts.
• Review warranty eligibility and gather required documentation (invoices, photos, failure reports, repair orders).
• Submit claims in accordance with supplier guidelines and follow up on pending credits or denied claims.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all warranty transactions.
